Questions asked through our website assistant and the answers it provides are recorded for internal review and sent in a weekly email to our team. We do not attach an IP address or visitor identifier to these records. Server records are retained for up to 30 days; review emails are retained for business follow-up. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information.
DaVinci-X ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through davinci-x.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We collect information you choose to give us directly, primarily through our contact form: your name, work email, organization, industry, project scope, timeline, and anything you write in the message field. If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects the scheduling details you provide there under its own privacy policy. If you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond to you.
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 processes website activity, browser and device information, and approximate location to help us understand site usage. We do not send contact-form content to Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. Analytics does not load until you allow it. Your language preference, service shortlist, and analytics choice are stored locally. You can decline or withdraw analytics permission through Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy. Our hosting and form providers may log standard technical information (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, scope potential projects, and — only if you've asked us to — follow up about our services. We don't use your information to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell it.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
